• Machine learning inferences are probabilistic estimates based on visual symptoms. They may be affected by photo lighting, leaf angle, camera resolution, presence of dust, or overlapping multiple pathogens.
• Krushi Nidan makes no warranty or guarantee of 100% diagnostic accuracy. Laboratory diagnostic tests (e.g. PCR, bacterial culture, ELISA) remain the ultimate standard for definitive plant pathology.

2. Compliance with the Insecticides Act, 1968 & CIB&RC Rules

In the Republic of India, the import, manufacture, sale, transport, distribution, and use of insecticides and fungicides are strictly governed by the Insecticides Act, 1968 and the Central Insecticides Board & Registration Committee (CIB&RC), under the Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare.

• Label Adherence: Every chemical fungicide, insecticide, bactericide, or herbicide mentioned in our remedy database (e.g. Copper Oxychloride, Mancozeb, Hexaconazole, Streptocycline, Imidacloprid) must strictly be applied in accordance with the official registered product label, approved dosage per acre/hectare, and Waiting Period / Pre-Harvest Interval (PHI).
• Banned & Restricted Chemicals: Farmers must never use chemicals banned or restricted by the Government of India or their respective State Department of Agriculture.

• Commodity auction prices fluctuate rapidly throughout the day based on crop quality, moisture content, variety, and market demand-supply conditions.
• All rates are standardly quoted per 20 kg (1 Man / ૧ મણ) as per Gujarat APMC standards. Krushi Nidan is not responsible for commercial trading differences at physical market yards.
